 This company is mostly running a business operating from the internet. At first it looks genuine, they contanct people to perform services, make them sign a very extensive contract. and after the job is done, they will not pay them.

All the names the use to contact you may not be genuine.

If they contact you do not sign anything, and do not perform any jobs. It is a scam, and the contacts are fake.

Rip off

I was told I would get paid 30 to 40 days after job is completed. When I completed the jobs I asked if there was any other paper work I needed to give them to get paid and they said no. 2 months later I write them asking for payment. They say I didnt send an invoice. So the tell me to send an invoice to there web site. There is no place on there site to leave an invoice that I could find. I send copies of invoices to 3 emails that I have and ask to please forward to the payment dept. 3 times I send the emails out and no responce from company. I have seen other web sites with these kind of complaints. I will hound this company untill I am paid. They sure wanted me to work for them 2 months ago. Now they wont return my emails or phone calls. I dont like being ripped off when I work for some one. Waisted my time and money.

I wish I would have performed a few searches before doing any work for Superior Maintenance Solutions. We have recently performed services for a total of 6 times. We have been prompt & professional with SMS since the first phone call. We have provided excellent service & followed the procedures for invoicing. We have only been paid for 2 of the 6 jobs & they now have 4 invoices over 90 days old. Its December 3rd & we have have contacted them 7 times since Oct. about the past due invoices & we cant even get a response back from them what so ever. No emails, no phone calls, nothing, as if they arent even in business any longer. Luckily all phone calls are recorded into our office & we have the email tracking for all of their service requests. I will spend any amount of money to make sure we collect our money & make sure other business owners dont fall a victim as well. They havent realized who they are trying to get over on just yet

SMS is provider of facility services. SMS strives to provide the very best services in the Facility Maintenance industry. Sometimes we have to lay off or let go employees. It is never something we want to do. Sometimes these employees are disgruntled. Sometimes they say things to try and damage SMS. This is unfortunate, SMS only wishes the best for its employees, ex-employees, and contractor partners. SMS runs an ethical, legitimate facility service company. We believe in treating people right and we believe in raising the bar in our industry. Sometime errors are made, when errors are made, we strive to correct them as quickly as possible.  Like in every business, sometimes things go wrong, when they do you can count on SMS to work to correct the situation immediately.

 

SMS believes in paying its partners on time and as quickly as possible. We would be happy to provide references from our current contractor base that would attest to our prompt payment and early pay schedule and diligence. SMS believes and knows that its vendors are the backbone of its company. SMS operates with the Values: GOD, FAMILY, then BUESINESS.
