SN Servicing Corporation forclosed on my fathers house after he passed and while his daughter had it listed in probate Eureka , California

my mother and father took out a loan against their their home in early 1980s they only borrowed 2400 dollars.  then the company nations credit sold out to Wachovia in which Sn servicing had their loan. they were paying 510.75 everymonth until their passing my mom in 2009 and my father 2010. he was still paying that until he passes. then before he passed for years. i have been helping my father resolve why he is paying so musch and the balance never went down. everytime he got his reciept the same amount was there. we questioned them over and over then they produced a document that my parents borrowed 51 thousand dollars that had their signuture. but we know and they nkow that they didnot borrow that amount of money  and we also seen the signed document that they borrowed a different amount that they said they did borrow and why is two amounts that are different borrowed on the same day. then we asked for a copy of the check that they cashed because that would show that they cshed a check .they wouldnot produce it .we in turned went to my fathers bank to look up records as to a check that size that was cashed they said there were none.

 then my father passed ayear after my mother with no will that left me mysister and my brother noone live in the house as the city condemed the house and wouldnot let know one go in there to fix the house up until the probate matter was settled the and forbidding any of us to go on the property.then the morgage company sn servicing sent out a letter saying that they was going to foreclose on the home. i tried to talk with them to see about saving the home and they refusd to talk to me saying that i was niot the administrator.and when i am appointed then they would talk to me. well they forclosed on the home anyway then retained the property because noone bout the home .they listed it with a realtor and then sold the property .i even asked them if the house was paid off since my father passed and they said no he didnot have insurance on the house it just expired. so now the house is sold .my father paid all that money every month for nothing and sn servicing geyts to go on to the next the people that bought the house had it gutted and decided it is to much to fixup and now it isnot liveable. i was given an offer from them to buy the house for what they bought it for but have no money to renovate it. i just want my parents house back as it was taken from them fraudualently. is there anything that i can do .do i have anytype of case
