The following are registered letters sent to both companies and explain how I Was ripped off.

I have procrastinated too long to write this letter to inform you of some unresolved issues that I have with your company as a new entrepreneur. However, I need closer to these issues to regain confidence in your company. My company's name is Unique Communications and Planning Services. One of my URLs is TreatYoSelf.Com. SN70 Corp. is utilized for e-trade and software.
I have recently retired from one of the largest industrial companies in the world. During my most recent tenure at this company I served as a national coordinator assigned to help develop small businesses. I had the occasion to meet, become acquainted with and learn to respect many, many hard working honest business people. Regretfully I have to tell you, negative statistics caught up with me August 1999 when I enlisted the services of your company. Your employees involved were Rita Andre and her supervisor Ray Dorso. I will not bore you with a lot of specific dates and time but I will supply you with the history of events. I am sure that your management has all the specific information. I do too.
The following experiences were with Rita Andre:
I was told that I could be up and running on the Internet in 48 hrs.
This did not happen because your company had a dispute with SMC. I was not enrolled with SMC until November 1999 although I paid enrollment fees in August 1999. This was too late for the Christmas holiday period. Consequently, I lost that opportunity and potential dollars.
I was also told that it would take two weeks to acquire a domain URL. This took two months to receive from your suggested SN70 Corp. resource!
When I asked Rita Andre how difficult would it be for a lay person to create their web site and how long, her response was, can you click a mouse. I soon found out that this was not true when I learned that I had to read ten preparatory chapters.
I was never sent a copy of the completed contract from Rita Andre. Until this month, I still do not have a copy.
I was told that I had unlimited space to utilized. How much???
I was told that after the initial $10 charge to add 25 items to sell on my site I would not be charged any thing else. I was informed later that this was not true.
I was told that I would receive software and continued free updates. Where is it???
I was told that I owned a copy of the software, updates, and the complete web site after I paid for it through the leasing agreement. What is true???? What do I own???
I was told that I would receive additional assistance and suggestion on how to improve my web site from Rita Andre. However, after purchasing the web site and returning my paper work to your company, Rita Andre may have returned one of my calls if any.
The following experiences were with Ray Dorso:
After informing Ray Dorso of my initial history with your company, Mr. Dorso said that he would make sure that I was compensated for my losses. This never happened. And when I confronted Mr. Dorso with his commitment, he then said that he did not have the authority to fulfill his prior commitment. He also said that he had no way of knowing what Rita Andre had said to me. This infuriated me because in effect, he was calling me a liar and he was also saying that he had no control over what his employees did or said in your company.
Ray Dorso also promised to me access to another company, which sold kitchen items. This was suppose to enable me to have something to sell on my web site since your company was having a problem with SMC. This never happened also!! Initially, Ray Dorso returned my calls but that changed.
In effect Mr. Zamara, I paid for services from your company from August, 1999 until December, 1999 that were flawed, inoperative, tactically delayed, or just didn't work. Because of the dispute your company had with SMC and Rita Andre not completing my paper work, I unknowingly, during this period did not have an operative web site. These handicaps prevented me from having any chance at the Christmas market. The frustration depressed me so much that I have virtually done nothing with my web site until now.
I feel that your company owes me some type of compensation for this period. Professionally, you would think your supervisor Ray Dorso would have mentioned to you and someone or would have called me to apologize and offer some type of settlement. It has been more than three months and I have heard nothing.
I certainly hope that you will remind me of my previous experiences with professional business people and respond positively with some type of compensation offer for my losses and commitment to improve future service. I do not wish to take this any further. Business is business. Fare is fare.

2. IF I KNEW HOW TO CLICK A COMPUTER MOUSE MY WEB SITE
WOULD BE UP AND RUNNING IN 48 HOURS.
3. I WOULD RECEIVE MY OWN WEBSITE SOFTWARE CD ROM PACKAGE.
4. I WOULD RECEIVE SOFTWARE UPDATES WITHOUT ADDITIONAL
5. MY WEB SITE WOULD BE PLACED ON OR AT OVER 1000 SEARCH
6. I WOULD HAVE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE DAY ONE TO SELL ON MY
7. WITH NO INITIAL PRODUCTS TO SELL ON MY WEB SITE I WAS
TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS TO SELL.
8. I WOULD HAVE UNLIMITED SPACE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST.
9. I WOULD RECEIVE ADDITIONAL HELP. (UN-EFFECTIVE, NEVER
COMPLETE AND DELAY TACTICS USED)
10.WITH NO PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO SELL FOR FOUR MONTHS ON
MY WEB SITE I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE RUTURNED MY
11.IN GOOD FAITH, I CONTINUED TO PAY FOR THE WEB SITE.
I WOULD LIKE A RETURN OF ALL MONIES; MY LABOR COST PLUS ANY AND ALL ASSOCIATED INTERESTS PAID FOR THIS WEB SITE.
