IT IS THEIR JOB TO TRY AND DENY EVERY CLAIM THEY CAN AND NO LIE IS TOO SMALL AND NO LIE IS TOO BIG --- WHATEVER IT TAKES FOR YOU TO BE DENIED.
THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY,HOMELESS OR WHETHER OR NOT YOU DIE. THEN THEY CAN GRAB THE MONEY YOU PAID IN AND WASTE IT OR GIVE IT TO SOME CRONY IN A SO-CALLED STIMULUS BAILOUT THAT BENEFITS NOBODY BUT BANKERS AND OTHER SCUM IN THE FINANCIAL CRONY COMMUNITY.
GET SMART. GET TOUGH. GET A A LAWYER., A LOCAL LAWYER AND NOT ONE OF THESE RIP OFF MEGAFIRMS WHO ARE ON THE TV ADS. SOMEBODY HAS TO PAY FOR THOSE ADS, YOU KNOW.
YOU ONLYG HAVE TO PAY THEM IF YOUR BENEFITS ARE APPROVED AND IT MIGHT SEEM LIKE A LARLGE AMOUNT BUT WHEN YOU CONSIDER THAT YOU HAD NOTHING AND WERE GOING TO GET NOTHING WITHOUT THEIR HELP, THEN IT IS WELL WORTH IT.
I WOULD ALSO CONTACT YOUR FEDERAL CONGRESSMAN'S OFFICE AND POLITELY TELL THEM THAT YOU NEED THEIR HELP IN FINDING OUT WHAT SOCIAL SECURITY IS DOING TO YOUR CLAIM. I GOT MY CONGRESSMAN TO REOPEN MINE.BE DIRECT AND TO THE POINT AND BE POLITE!!!!!!!
I think you are saying they turned you down because you have too many resources and you are saying your resources have no value?
If I decoded that mess correctly, what are the resources?

I have no clue what your report is about - learn to spell then come back when you can explain the reason you were denied ie: your disability
SSI is very hard to get since laws have changed - read up on them and utilize the information
