When I first met David I was skeptical about his laid back demeanor. I was reassured by my wedding planner that he was good at what he did. So, I ignored my instincts. I sent him a song that I wanted played during the ceremony and he ended up confusing me for another bride and sent me songs that were for someone elses wedding. As it got closer the big day we had
another meeting and I brought my fianc. My fianc did not like the laid back demeanor either, but we trusted our planner. And I had even narrowed down the songs I wanted played because I wanted the DJ to feel like I wasnt stepping on
his toes. We told him multiple times that we did not like country music and that we did not want it played at the wedding. Day of the wedding the ceremony went great. But, at the reception he announced us as Mr. and Mrs. Cooke, my new
last name is Scott. Not wanting to make a scene at my own wedding I let it go. Turns out he forgot our paperwork. And people were having a good time and everything went well. As it got closer to the end of the night I asked him to
slow the music down and he started playing country music. Knowing that I had told him multiple times not to play it I felt like he had not listened to me. I told him to play the last song of the night and ended my reception early
because I was that mad at him. He needs to be more organized and listen better.

 And while he has since apologized for his name mix up it was two weeks later right before I wrote this review. I had to confront him with the name mix up before he would even admit any wrong doing. I wish he had apologized at the reception when it mattered most. Plus, then he went around disputing the reviews on other wedding websites denying that he had any connection to our wedding. My wedding planner refunded me the money he cost because of his unprofessional mix up.

 This is a warning to other brides that this DJ will stress you out. If anyone recommends him and you decide to use him, be sure that you double and triple check everything he has throughout your meetings. Even the day of your wedding!
