Do you wont to be lied to & misslead & overcharged. If so do bussiness with Sparkletts and Sierra Springs water services.The sales person will tell you one thing (to get your buss. of course) thin get you to sign a rip off contract. Thin the company will over bill you a differnt way. When you call about your over charges they may make minor changes but will never correct the over charge completley. But they will remind you & threaten you with the rip of contrct the sales person talks you into signing.

I started using there water service own 04/23/09. I was not to recive a bill till the water delivery person came around and serviced me. They tell you this (to get your buss) that they or giving you one case of small bottled water & one 5 ga. bottle of water free of charge at a set price per mounthley rental fee pluse a set fee for any additional water only if you need it. There billing is sopose to be about every 28 days. But my first bill came 3 days after signing contract and i was highley over charged.Not onley did they over chare me for my water & rental fees they did not even pro rate the first mounts rental fee.

i have had my water & eqpt. for 50 days onley and i have been billed 3 times for verious charges & rental fees. so do not think they or giving you free water. becase they will over charge you and get it back. you can call them but they will not change your bill to the wright amount. Even though they say the contract is governed by the state it was writen in,I think it might be aganst texas state laws to use this type of contrat and do bussiness in texas. I know it should fall under deceptive trade pratices or some type of law. I am trying to find out at this point. If you have any inf. own this please post it. Thanks FOR READING
