SPIRIT AIRLINES Refused to Return money Colorado Springs Colorado

Purchased airfare and insurance, after purchasing and 72hours realized that I would have to pay for a booking fee upon arrival, additional baggage fees for carry on. Called customer service and asked if my insurance I purchased would cover a cancellation fee being that I was over 24 hours from purchasing and was told absolutely that is what the insurance was for. Cancelled my tickets, the called insurance to file a claim and was told I had to be sick within 24hours of the flight or incapacitated due to an accident. THIS IS A RIP OFF.
