A few years ago I tried to apply for service with sprint but they told me that it was an active account in my name so I advised them that I never had an account with sprint and they were to send me out a fraud package but I never received the package so I then called back and they refused to send me out a fraud package because they previously sent one out. Finally earlier this year when I received my credit report I found that they had taken that account to collections and everytime I tried to dispute it they refused to remove the item or contact me regarding the issue. I recently tried to contact them and they kept transferring me
