SPRINT Sprint PCS DO NOT LET SPRINT TALK YOU OUT OF YOUR UNLIMITED WIRELESS PLAN! Internet, Georgia

Sprint is notorious for bad service; unfortunately I did not believe all the hype.  I had used Sprint wireless for about 5 years.  Then I MADE THE MISTAKE(!!!) of getting a cell phone with this company.  This company screwed up the whole deal, gave me the "new phone number" that was actually registered to a business, and to this day, my voice mail number is still not right on my phone. 

Not only was the first bill outrageously high (which they did lower after I threatened to cancel the service), a savvy representative in the mall kiosk talked me out of my unlimited wireless plan by offering the convenience of putting my internet service, previously through an external wireless modem, into my phone as a hot spot.  Sounds great, huh?  Well, what I didn't realize is that Sprint no longer offers any unlimited data plans unless you're a small business, and even then you have to pull teeth to find out about it. 

They now only offer 12 G, after which you have to pay 5 cents a MB!  I am a teacher and a writer;  I teach online and am on the internet 12 - 15 hrs a day!  

I am totally screwed out of the unlimited service I had and I need.  SPRINT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.  Please believe me, I'm cancelling the service ASAP.  I am sure Sprint probably makes most of its money by collecting the $200 it takes to break your contract.  They are horrendous corporate citizens.
