Multiple times we had to call them about what they are doing. We finally found out about the 'door to door' change when we got the final documentation. President Howard has been belligerent to us and wants us to pay for the 'door to door' trip; then he wants the bank to pay for it.
We paid money - $6338 according to the contract - and want to cancel the contract and give us a total refund for their failure to obtain our consent to these changes. And, if they will not, we want $300 to pay for those services ourselves as a reimbursement for the time and trouble we have experienced at their hands. Plus, we want on file our complaint about their deceptive business practices.
