Starr Roofing company, This is the fifth time I have requested your to come out and inspect the roof that Danny Mills instaledl at 1311 east tucker blvd. Arlington texas 76010. I have trusted your company since the begining of all this project start. Danny Mills give me a quote to re-move and install a metal roof on my house. With his experience and expertice he gave me a quote to do it, and I have signed of with no question asked. Starr roofing have let me down, Your  taken two long to installs a normal metal roof and now 9 month later it still leaks! Every time I call in Danny Mill comes out and blame it on the roof, house..ect..That is wrong, he went up on the roof to mesured it and fully aware of what he had to do, that is what he stated in the contract. Now the roof is not doing/ fixing right that is why it still leaks when it rains. Instead of fixs the right way, I saw he bandage with caulkin and that is wrong. Caulkin will dried out and will caused leaks again. City inspector  told me that Danny mill  need to have flash guard 3 feets wide and 20 feets long put under the main roof and over the patio. That is far enought for the roof pitch to do it works, other wise; water will run back and cause leaks.  Danny Mill have disagreed and goes on his way which uses caulkin to seals it.

Now, let talk honest, I don't think my roof is hard to do at all, since I saw people do castle style roofs and they look good and more importantly they had no leaks. When Starr roofing alway try to blame on my house and take days to respond when problems started, Danny Mills even claims that rain water flow horizontally into 1/2 inch gap under the eve of the roof and that making all the leaks!! it is not a fair trade at all, when you get you money and left customer have to get up in the midle of the night to put out pot and pans trys to catch the drips when it rain! Starr roofing know what it get into but have not lift up to it promise thus far. I am request to have and Expert (other than the Guy screwed it up so many time Danny Mills!)to come and inspect the roof and fix it for good within 30 days, if it leaks after that again, I want my money back, and I have enought. Starr roofing also silenced on the water damged appliance, funiture, and capet of my renter. Just so you know that will not go away unless you do some about it. I am using this letter to complaint with  TDR and Texas Attorney General.

When I write the words ; Starr Roofing, You, Your(s) I meant Mr Pet Reed and Mr Jim Holmes.  Mr Peet left me a voice mail on March 26,2012 at 12:42 pm said he is the owner and I am honor as such.
