STAX-RITE MIKE BROMAN This man used the flooding in Louisiana to put off buyers "a little longer". Just long enough not to be able to get justice through Pay Pal !! He is ripping people off with every order - and we hav Pineville, Louisiana

Mike Broman of Stax-Rite dog training systems and owner of Mikiros Akitas has stolen my money without providing the Stax Rite system.  I purchased this in May of 2011 using Pay Pal.  Payment was made in full.  Pay Pal won't help after 45 days.  Mike asked his customers for more time to finish orders due to the flooding in Louisiana which he claims affected his home and shop. 

This man will not return phone calls, respond to phone messages, or answer emails.  He claims to be in Federal Law Enforecement - which is believe is subtle threats not to try to mess with him.  I think it should be just the opposite - he should be held to a higher standard.

I am no the only complaint against this man.  I gave him so much time, understanding, patience - now I am truly angry that someone can use the system to rip people off with no regard to situations, finances, etc.  I didn't have $254 to give away to a thief - I'd have spent that money elsewhere!

This man needs to be stopped - he needs to be held accountable and he needs to make complete restitution or provide the item purchased immediately.
