My name is Thomas **** I ran North Bay Entertainment from 1992 to 2008. Since then, I have had a cyber terrorist named Steven R Leflar and his cohort Eric Lee Symons stalk me, threaten me and defame my reputation. Their most recent antics are to post under my 12 year old's name I am going to the police with my son, his mother and Richard Aldag, so we can put a stop the this harmful and dangerous pair of sociopaths. Eric Lee Symons, owner of www.simplythebestentertainment.com forwarded me this e mail weeks ago.

It gives insight into his state of mind. Eric and Steve work as a tag team. Steve posts attacks on me and others, assumes various dientities, and Eric feeds him information and pretends he is "innocent"  It is a matter of public record that Eric Symjons did not start Simply the Best. Concord court records show that Steve Leflar testified under oath that he was the owner.Furthermore, Eric Symon's continues to avoid the many debts he has accumulated with musicians, including Hot House band and many others. He may claim to have no dent but I have personally heard from musicians who are still owed.

In this e mail, you can see that Eric Symons is stalking Ron Israel by contacting his brother, sending him aggressive communications, and in general, trying to deflect the obvious truth i.e. that he is a willing and current partner with a sociopath named Steven R Leflar. Its time to bring in the police.

You can see that, despite Mr Symon;s claims of innocence, he is an aggressive and dangerous person. I will be alerting  ISES and other affiliations as to his behavior. But first, I want to make it clear that Eric Symons continues to be associated with Steven Leflar. I suggest you google Eric Symons Steven Leflar for further information,. This is my one and only post in two months. I will allow the police to handle the rest.

I am currently serving as business development director for AEC and these harmful and frightening attacks on my family turn our collective stomachs. I am a local Napa resident, unlike Leflar and Symons. I am going to the police to file stalking charges against Symons and leflar and Ron Israel, Dr ARichard Aldag, my 12 year old son and his mother are joining me. If anyone continues to do business with www.simplythebestentertainment.com, it is to be noted that I will also be personally suing Eric Symons for defamation of character, civil cyber stalking and stalking a minor under the age of 13.

A quick look at Steven Leflar's record in Concord superior court will reveal that Steve Leflar has been sued many times
He is, in my opinion a thief and a stalker

Case number CSC09-1099Steve LeFlar (has recently been using the alias 'Steven McArthur') DBA North Bay Entertainment (later changed the name to "Star Sounds Productions", then changed it again to "Simply The Best Entertainment") found GUILTY of non payment of the live band, "Big City Revue" at the Intercontinental Hotel. Booking was made by Eric Symons, at the time working with LeFlar. Contract signed by LeFlar.Total judgement - $5200.00 awarded to Associated Entertainment (AE hired Big City Revue) Judgement entered on February 10, 2010.Although still working under the names "Simply The Best Entertainment", in the Sacramento and Napa areas, LeFlar has not paid this debt. ==========================================================

In order to hide his identity, LeFlar inserted an ex employee, Eric Symons, as the owner of "Simply The Best Entertainment" on paper. Symons claims he started the company, but LeFlar testified under oath that he started it in 2008.The collection agency, George Ballard Company, has been retained to collect this debt. You create a fake website on me, full of totally fake e mails, and you call yourself truth. Please explain why last week, your best friend from 1986 decided to file criminal charges against you for stealing 70,000 from him? Too many victims in your wake. Your stories ring false.
