Seve maritinez was contracted out through credit wise advisors business credit builder program.
He sounded very professional and  said that he would do a business plan for me for my start up 
business for $1,000.00 He took all my info and then we had another two conversations and then came the 
brush off. He would not take my calls and when he did he said he had been sick or that he started my business plan but was delayed due to other peoples projects !!  The last conversation I had with him he said
he crumbled it up and wanted to start again because he just had no time to do it.  That was when I said 
o.k. so just refund me and maybe we will do this later even though I had no intentions of having someone
who was such a liar and scam (Scum) artist ever do this type of work again.
No only did he not do my business plan he never refunded me. I have a contract that states if the business plan is not done by a certain time or if there are any other issues then I will get a refund.  Of course that never happened.  I called credit wise advisors credit builder program an spoke to owner and he was very 
unhappy about it but I never got my money back.
