I paid 3800 dollars for a vw motor  advertised as new  but what i got was a used engine case  and many of the bolts were not fully tightened  also leaked oil pretty bad
 calls or emails were not returned

the matter was resolved and no longer a  issue
they explained the engine cases  were new and had been on storage and also come from brazil
