I supplied six spark plugs to be installed in mm 1988 Jeep Comanche 4.0 liter and was charged $71:45 which is excessive. I was not informed of what it would cost before hand or would have done it myself.

The charge for the spark plugs is as per the Mitchell guide for labor. The guide calls for a total time of .6 of an hour to complete the job in an on an inline 6. The customer was in the the store for a total of 45 minutes and we allowed his dog to come inside and wait. We installed the spark plugs and our labor charge is posted and explained with each job request at 105 dollars per hour. The signed repair order has listed the customer would be charged .6 of an hour. All work that is requested is signed for before a car can come into the garage and the cost is discussed before the work order is processed. We operate a honest facility and are always looking to provide excellent customer service to earn a customer for life.
