THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE TOP 5 BIGGEST RIPOFF COMPANIES OUT THERE. DONT WORRY TO MUCH, I HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK AND HAVE SOME MORE INFORMATION FOR US RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS. THE DAY SUPERVISORS ARE STEPANIE AND RUDY, AND THE NIGHT SUPERVISOR IS RACHEL. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE IN A SMALL CALL CENTER IN DALLAS, TEXAS EVEN THOUGH THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE ALL HOLED UP IN SOMEONES BEDROOM.

THEY HAVE ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO IS NAMED - FRANK OR FRANKIE WHO TOLD ME TO " KISS HIS A** ", WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR A REFUND. LATER HE TOLD MY WIFE ON A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER TO " KISS HIS A** ", WHEN SHE ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR.

I LATER GOT HIM AGAIN BY PHONE AND TOLD HIM " REMEMBER ME" AND HE SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS CRYING AND KEEP SAYING " YES SIR, YES SIR" WHEN I STATED I WAS GOING TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN THE MORNING -- WHICH I WILL DO TOMORROW.

I would like to inform you that the perticluar CSR in question no longer works for our company. Our cooperate office is located in La Jolla, California. The individuals you had talked to we in the out-sourced call center. We now moniter each customer service rep on a daily basis to make sure they are adhering to the standards we have given to them.
