SUREWAY BENEFICIAL ripoff New York

Sureway Beneficial is a ripoff company. Sureway Beneficial called me asking if I had applied for a master card. I had online and so responded yes. The lady on the phone said I had been approved for a Master Card credit card with a $2000 credit limit. She said she would need $249 to debit from my checkings account and once recieved the credit card would take up to 25 to 30 days to recieve.

I foolishly gave her all my info on my account. Luckily I was prompted to research the company and I find out they are ripping off people from the reports on this site, I immediately called my bank and told them to stop payment on the company should they attempt to debit the $249.

I called the company after this and told them what I found out based on the numerous complaints of other consumers about the company, the purported sales rep told me if I wasnt sure about the company why did I give out my account info. Hmmm? I then pressed her to speak to a supervisor and told her I had reported them to my bank, she then hung up on me.

About a week or 2 later I get a call from the same company number but this time they are going under another name and trying to get me to accept a free dell laptop computer and some other crap. I didn't really listen to them and just asked them to mail me some information about the company, they said they would but I have yet to recieve the information. They still called my phone however but since that time they don't allow their number to be caller identified. They have made several attempts to deduct monies from my account under the name sureway beneficial.

Please be aware of these people, they are going under different names and promoting different products as well. Hopefully they will be stopped from further abusing consumers.
