If you have looked up the name Eddie Lopez, chances are you already have been scammed by him or you have a bad feeling that you are about to be ripped off. Stay away from this human piece of s**t! He will steal from his own mother. He does not know how to do decent business and has zero regard for future prospects or repeat clients.
This guy is a thief, a liar, and a con man. He has been arrested, sued, and cited by DOT. Yet somehow he is clinging on by his fingernails and still able to book a load every now n then. He has burned every bridge in the transport industry. Everyone who knows him steers clear of anything with his name attached. Eddie will often hire another driver to do loads at a lesser rate than what he is collecting from the shipper. giving you the impression he has a fleet of trucks& drivers.
He not only preys on the boat owners, but will often stiff a driver for his pay while he has sat home and done nothing. A real class act!
Plain and simple...."Eddie Lopez is a piece of s**t!" Do yourself a huge favor and run. Run far away from this thief before you are taken for a ride too. I wouldn't let him take my boat if he offered to do it for free!
