SWAP-BOT swap-bot is not a reputable company Internet

Swap-bot is a website that allows users to exchange/trade/swap items mostly via mail but also email. I loved the service but it is extremely flawed. The owners do not take any responsibility when dealing with the interworkings of the website. Rachel/the founder makes decisions on who is allowed,erasing ratings, punishing users based on arbitrary reasons and not even having the decency to explain. The system is so flawed I have no idea how they ever intend to charge fees for this service. Ok so into the fakery and deceit. Swap -bot is all about punctuality tied into the postal service post marks. Anyone who uses their own print at home service dodges this. Also if you seal your envie completly in tape the postmark does not adhere. Long-term and belligerent users are allowed to shirk the rules and have their unclean parts wiped clean by arbitrary factors that are never explained. Sending complete crap to another user is ok if you are within the stupid clique of sad women who sit at home and smoke cheap cigarettes. I do not hide in anonymity I will gladly call out all offenders.
