Payment is processed in-person from behind mirrored bullet-proof glass, and nobody else is allowed in the area. The owner must pay in person (rather hard to do when no car). The name of the company on the building is something other than SWAT, and it is a derilect shack close to the train tracks.
They took my car from a legal parking zone while having lunch in a cafe that is adjacent to a parking lot sign "Residents/Customers Only". They lied saying that someone called to have my car towed. Two businesses in that row didn't call, and never call those guys ... they are known there as "The Vulture" . [continued below]....
As I drove away the skinny yellow-skinned chain smoker yelled and laughed, "Ha ha old man .. I got your money). They are a dirty rude and horrible lot ... I hope I didn't contract a flesh-eating disease while on the premises. BEWARE of S.W.A.T. Towing Arizona.
