SWIFT Transpotation i was taken advantage of by swift by having my cdl taken by my home state of maryland. i lost everything because of that.i need help to re4solve this matter.phoenix az swift transportation.also tenn went to swift accademy and worked for swift for 16 months.my license was taken illegaly because of thier greed. glen burnie, Maryland

Not that anyone got a refund of they money they spent to be there, either. Still, SWIFT is a big rip-off company, to be sure.

And exactly WHAT was the reason that the licensing authority for the State stated as the REASON for revoking/suspending your CDL?
There is a reason that no lawyer seems to wish to assist you and I suspect that is the part of this tale you are not telling.
