15 day trial scam. Read the fine print - 15 days from the time the product ships (which mean you can use the product for as few as 8 days) the order confirmation does not give you any indication WHEN the product actually ships and the product arrives in a box without even so much as a packing slip or order form.

April 6th I ordered the product and received confirmation that it would arrive on the 13th. The product actually arrived on the 15th.

Several days later another bottle arrived, I held onto it thinking it was part of the 15 day trial as I never received a separate order confirmation.

April 26th - 11 days after receipt of the first bottle - I cancelled the order as I did not experience any of the acclaimed results endorsed. Leary about the second bottle received, I called the customer service line to see if I needed to return the unused portion in bottle one and told her that I had a second bottle that was unopened. I was informed no I did not have to return either. WOW - what a great trial I thought.

Until I received my May statement with two charges for $87.13. When I called customer service, the operator (I guess in India) was very unhelpful and passed me to the Manager Sheena Broussard who informed me that the product shipped on the 7th making my cancellation date April 21st - She would not tell me which donkey she put the package on that took 8 days to travel from Florida to Georgia, nor would she remove either of the two charges (April 26th was not soon enough to cancel the second bottle-which never had a order confirmation to begin with-and it had only been in my possession for 9 days). I am disputing both charges with my credit card company
