says your card will not be charged.As you go forward with the process of getting your 

credit checked , they lure you into becoming a ( member ) & hide into an agreement 

that would take a pollitician to understand ..Therefore charging you 29.0$ after a months

worth of their so called monitoring your credit that you never signed up for
