I am a weight lifter and body builder for 25 years. I wanted to trim off about 10 pounds to achieve a 11%BMI. With thier satisfaction guaranteed stated on bottles I tried the product. I am on a 2250 calorie diet with 55% coming from protien and 35% coming from complex carbs. I lost no weight using the product. I called to find out about the guarantee and was informed tat they cannot issue a refund on the product since I didnt purchase it directly from them. The girl further went on to explain allof the pther items that are needed to be taken in conjunction with ther product and how many hours apart these items needed to be taken. No where do they tell you this, Do Not Purchase This Product. Its another one that just takes your money.

Doesn't sound like the whole story to me

I bought SafSlim and I didn't see anywhere on the product that it helps with weight loss, so this is not a weight loss product to begin with, it only helps you lose belly fat.
I called the company to see if I could return the product because I was allergic to one of the ingredients. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice, and did a great job in assisting me. I told her I had the receipt and the bottle and the company gladly took the product back and gave me a refund.
So maybe the above person didn't have a receipt, that's what it sounds like to me, because my experience with the company was great. I don't know any company that won't take something back without proof of purchase.
