Safe Exit LLC took my money and gave me empty promises in return. A young man by the name of Adam Lindsey came to our house in late 2011 to speak with my husband and I about taking the timeshare out of our name. We have been burned so many times trying to sell our timeshare that we thought we were finally going to be out of the timeshare industry once and for all. He asked us for an upfront payment of $5500 and gave us his contact info. We received paperwork shortly thereafter that we needed to fill out to release us from the deed and that made us feel a little more at ease about the entire process.

We then relaxed and left it the hands of Safe Exit.......that was a big mistake. We are now being sued by Westgate Resorts for unpaid fees. The same fees that we were told would be taken care of by Safe Exit and that we no longer had to worry about it. BUYER BEWARE this company seems legit on the surface with an A- rating on the BBB(who allows companies to pay for a better rating and remove negative reviews) but after doing some extensive and pain staking research I found a lot of people have been ripped off in a similar fashion. I'm now in the process of fighting for my money back. If you want to avoid this headache and pain then simply avoid this company.
