They jerk you around trying to frustrate you into ignoring the many request they continue to ask for by the time they MAY pay off your car you have made all the payments to pay it off.
They are hard to deal with and its not worth a shit BUY YOUR GAP COVERAGE FROM YOUR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY AND DONT DEAL WITH THESE CORPORATE THIEVES.
When you actually start demanding they take action they get real defensive almost make you feel as if your taking advantage of them its a dealer add on and everyone makes a small a profit from this worthless insurance. When they ask you at the dealer if you need GAP coverage say NO WAY if its with Safe-Guard International absolutely useless insurance!
