Safe Smoke Vapors No Flame Electronic Cigarette Online Advertisement off a Yahoo article that seemed like a warning on a electronic cigarette. Being a smoker myself was interested in this alternative vapor cigeratte because I tried a few and wanted Miami Beach, Florida

Im a smoker and own several different electronic cigaretees, they are something Im interested in due to the fact it is the closest thing to relace an actual cigarette  and I plan on quitting. One problem I have with them is they do not produce enough smoke { vapo} for me. So one night  Im on the Yahoo web page and there is an article I clicked on to read. On right side there is a warning catch phrase for those whom use electronic cigarette , particularly the picture of the one they showed. Out of curiousity, I clicked on this to read more thouroughly and in fact it was a advertisement used to lure me to be convinced this e cigarette was the best one out there on the market. It was free with the exception I pay for shipping and handling. I was interested. So I used my Bank Debit card , shipping and handling was 4.95. I entered it and tried to print out a receipt for the purchase of S&H. I got a print out all right but not for the price. The printout says," thank you for ordering,the No Flame Electronic Cigarette,  my order was successfully processed, an order number and that charges will appear on my credit card statement as , Safe Smoke Vapors". There was also a 1-888 number. But no amount that I just paid for wich was onscreen as 4.95$. 10 days aproximately later I received the product. I was pleased. I was pleased until a week after that I find out that that day a week after I revcieved the e cigg, AFTER I received the e cigg, this company took out $109.69 and this therefore put me in the negative with my account. The company onmy staement was in fact Safe Smoke Vapors. When I spoke with a Bank reprentitive having to do with the amount she told me it was from Safe Smoke Vapors and it was the price for shipping and handling. I was livid. I called the company Safe Smoke Vapors and they told me that the tail period ended and that it was only for a 14 day period of time. I didnt recall ANY trial period . Odd , I thought.

 They went on to say after I mentioned how conveint it was then for them to put the card through two plus more weeks after I entered my card number via computer online. { suposingly 4.95 } Firmily interupting me , the woman told me that , that was the Contract between myself and the company,. and I exclaimed there was no signature , so on and so on. I filed a dispute of transaction with my bank. I told them I was going to if they didnt return my money. They frauded me and put me in the negative. This was unexceptable. Overdrafts would of been 39.95 plus five dollars a day and it wasnt even close to my check going into the bank. I was very unhappy due to the nice ditto sheet that came along with the electronic cigarette titled by the company, LUX ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES . Any unsatisfactory experience with the product and it said I was guarenteed a complete refund. I mentioned this to the Safe Smoke Vapors, per Lux E Cigg. They were not complying with my request of a refund whatsoever. not at all. After I spoke with the bank this Safe Smoke per Lux company called me back ten about twenty minutes later while i was on the line with the bank. I didnt answer. They called again, I was now finished with the bank call, and answered the call. The Safe Smoke Lux company wason the other line, they wanted to apoligize but wouldnt grant me my refund when I again asked them they were silent. They did thought ask me what my bank had to say when I told them it was too late due to me speaking with my bannk. I told them I wasnt telling them anything and hung up. Afterward I called my bank to inform them about the event that just occured.
