Safe home security - apx security My Wife Told Rep to leave 3-4 times prior to me coming home from work as soon as I got home he was at my door pushing his product sign contract with out checkpriorcontract with safe home. New Britain, Connecticut

apx security Sales reps are very pushy they said that I had an Inferior system that a theif could cut my phone wire and enter my house and stated his system was better that it was cell charged no brake in service  we got to this point me not knowing he had been to my house prior pestering my wife all day she has lung cancer so he waited till i got home at 330 pm we talked and i said no at first he kept talking & talking i had work on my mind my wifes health on my mind plus grand child to listen to I was spinin in circles not know if i still had a contract with other service I called safe home security  they were un careing  Called apx same responce niether will relece me from either contract I cannot afford both can any body help me      signed Helpless

I am an APX customer and live in San Antonio, TX. I personally have not had any problems with them or their service.


I am sorry for your situation, but you are responsible for signing a contract. However, having said that I believe that all contracts have a 3 day 'I changed my mind' clause.  so if it is APX security  that you don't want you need to cancel within three days. Keep in mind that your previous security company may charge you to come back out and fix what APX did.
