Search TipsI am an APX customer and live in San Antonio, TX. I personally have not had any problems with them or their service.
I am sorry for your situation, but you are responsible for signing a contract. However, having said that I believe that all contracts have a 3 day 'I changed my mind' clause. so if it is APX security that you don't want you need to cancel within three days. Keep in mind that your previous security company may charge you to come back out and fix what APX did.
