Shortly after getting roped into buying the (useless) product on May 9, 2011, I cancelled my subscription. On May 18, 2011, I received a refund for approximately 2/3 of what I paid for the software.
Today, September 24, 2013, I received a renewal option!!! Nobody from the company has ever contacted me to confirm that they have gotten out of my hair. I've insisted upon confirmation that my subscription is indeed CANCELLED, as I will not pay for any fraudulent billing.
