I DID provide my physician's name and phone number. She was never contacted. I've made numerous phone calls and sent filed ticket requests for customer service, ALL of which were ignored. And I DID provide a valid email address.
If you spent as much time trying to provide customer support and running an above the board business as you did defending your criminal activities, you'd have a great company.

As the law requires, all medication that is shipped from Frontier Pharmacies requires doctor's approval. The websites that take in these orders do inform you prior to submitting the order that (1) prescriptions ARE NOT FILLED based on answering a questionnaire, (2) You have to provide the name and contact information of your doctor to verify said prescription. If you did not provide a doctor to contact then the order will be declined and an email will be sent explaining this, provided a valid email address was given when the order was placed.
