Safecart Product did not do what was promised, never got refund that was promised Internet

This company description of the product promised to perform the exact task I was looking for. I purchased the item and then tried to perform that task. It absolutely did not work at all. When I contacted the company for a refund, they tried to sell me additional products stating there must be something wrong with my computer.

I asked them for a refund which they said would be no problem. I then immediately un-installed the software (SpeedyPC Pro) and waited for a refund. After 4-5 days of waiting for a refund through PayPal, I filed a claim, then waited 4-5 more days, and filed a dispute. I still have no refund.

My experience is that this company does not do business in a professional manner. Their product is not what is promised and in fact is just an excuse to sell you more products.
