Seller sells unlock code for Iphones. Software is outdated and could not unlock my phone. Seller acknowledges and sends email for me to wait for an updated version soon, without a specific date as to when. Seller promises full refund incase he cannot unlock my phone. I ask for refund, Seller tells me to be patient and wait for him to develop the software to unlock my phone. No code or refund till now.

Money was paid through paypal. I filed a dispute with Paypal and Paypal allows him to keep the money based on their buyer protection policy not covering electronic transactions.
