I had a car accident last Monday, Mar 4, 2013. I was going to turn to my drive way, suddenly I hit a car which ran over speed limit 25 miles per hour. The guy who drove his car and cut off my car driving, called the police and blamed me that I hit him. He told the police that he drove under 25 miles per hour but police never asked me what happened at the car accident scene. The police asked both of us to fill the form and exchange the information form. I didnt realize this will cause me to the
bad situation.

I received an email from the insurance guy, Patrick Boyer. He informed me that the other party was calling wanting me to pay for the damage; he forced me to accept the confirmation of coverage and liability. He never called me, just contacted me through email only.

As I learned that car accidents which occur in North Carolina, there are no any side fault. [continued below]....
..... I had a
car accident occurred before this case, and at that time it was not my fault. Police officer told us no one was fault so I couldnt claim insurance from the other side. Each side can claim from their insurance only. He also said we didnt need to report insurance company. I still remember what this police officer said. When I contacted to Patrick through his email, he just put the fault over me. He said he justified this case based on police report but never called me to ask me what happened on that day. I emailed him back this was not my fault; the police officer never asked me any questions. He just asked the other guy
who damaged my car and justified that it was my fault. It is not fair to me. Finally, Patrick called me and talked to me on phone. He still insisted to have me accepted the confirmation of coverage and liability. I was so frustrated that he never listened to his customer. He didnt believe me that The police officer didnt ask me questions and put the blame on my side. Also he said Dont believe what police said about no one fault in car accident in North Carolina. I couldnt stand why he treated his customer like this. If I dont trust police office, who should I trust? In addition, he wouldnt promise to hold this case even though I asked him to. I would like to find out more but he never gives me more time. This made me very mad at him. I dont understand why he really wants to close this case so soon, not even giving more time to investigate. This claim will affect to my future insurance premium.

I found out that the guy who drove that car doesnt have car insurance and he borrowed that car from one girl.  Patrick told me that car is insured at State Farm and he let me make a query of State Farm policy by myself. What is a shame Patrick  !!!!!. I told him that I cant deal with him and his company any more. Im going move to other auto insurance but he doesnt care at all. I dont know where I can report about Patricks performance.
