Safelite Auto Glass failed to fix my rear window properly; technician was drunk upon arrival. Window leaked, caused damage to my vehicle interior Columbus, Internet

Safelite came out to replace my broken rear sliding window in my truck. The tech put the wrong window in, and it leaked.  The second tech came out drunk, replaced the window improperly, window leaked and leak caused damage to my leather interior and carpet. (additionally, the tech stole beer from my cooler, urinated on the floor in my shop)   I contacted them, they told me to go ahead and get it repaired since I was out of town when I found the leak.  They said they would reimburse me for the cost.  I spoke with the manager Karl Korpell (manager) who gave me the go ahead to get it repaired.

I had it repaired, and when I contacted them for the reimbursement ,they said I would have a check in 5 to 7 days.  Two weeks later, I called them, they said they would not be paying it because I did not take to a shop, I did it myself since I am a mechanic.  (to save time and money) and, I did it properly, no leaks. I sent them multiple pictures.  The manager knew I was going to do the repair myself when he gave me the go ahead and said they would reimburse me.  He and I were both concerned about further damage, and I knew how to do the job correctly the first time on my own.
