I bought a electric saver nitro from this company and it quit working 2 weeks after I had it. Called the company and told them that it quit working and said I would have to contact their electric engineer Paul and gave me his number. Now come to find out Paul is the owner of the company that makes the electric saver nitro. He tells me to send the electric saver nitro in and he will send me the upgrade one that cost $300.00 more to me for the trouble.
I sent in the electric save nitro to Paul and a month went by and no upgrade is ever received so I call Paul and he says it must have gotten lost in the mail I will send another be there in 2-3 days. I let 2 weeks go by and still nothing so I call again. Paul say it must have got lost in the mail I will send another be there in about 2-3 days.
I still have not received the upgraded electric nitro and have been told well over ten times it must have got lost in the mail and he will send another one. Well either he is not smart enough to figure out how you ship something and is losing a ton of money shipping these out or he is not shipping them and is lying to me and has no intent on send me the replacement.
Now it has been 5 months since I have been trying to get the electric saver nitro replaced and Paul will not answer my calls or call me back. I have called saferwholesale and they keep telling me that they contacted Paul and he said he is shipping one out right away to me. I have been told this many times by them and still no electric saver nitro.
So not only did they sell me a piece of junk, but they will not replace it and will not even send the broken one I sent to them for replacement back. They probably put it in a box and sent it out as another sale. I have seen lots of reports on this company ripping people off and then the company responds.
We are open 7 days and week and have over 10,000 customers a year and one bad report does not make us a bad company. We are here to help anyway we can. Bull their are many complaints about your company and your company does nothing to resolve the problem with the products you sale.
Don't buy from this company just google them and see for your self how many people have been screwed by this company. Safer wholesale is the biggest rip off ever.
