I called and was told the job position was for managing new offices that were being opened. They had me pay $95 for materials fee for training and $60 for a background check. After signing the contract and paying this we were informed that we had to earn our management position by being a sales person and selling a certain amount before you could become a manager. They refused to give back the $155 even though i didn't stay with them. Saying i could only get the money back by completing the training.

I found out the hard way also and they kept my money. Not only do they tell you that you have a salary of $2000 coming after you sell $3000 worth of their product, the $2000 is really more sales for the company to make money. The first phase is $3000 in sales and once you finish, the next step is $2000 in sales. You will have to buy you own office furniture, office supplies, pay phone bills, pay receptionist (if you want one) and they only pay the lease and one advertisement in a cheap paper, not anything expensive. NO BENEFITS, NO SALARY (they like to call it an income).
You do not get your money back after completing training, you get $99 dollars back after one full year of running a office.

For all that have read the report about Safety Pro Inc, it's true. How do I know, because I was a manger for them. Sure everything seemed wierd but w/ the promise of money beyond your wildest dreams and all, I went for it. I paid the 60 dollars for reg. I paid the 95 for Kit fee. I sold 3000 dollars worth of fire ext and such. When I saw the report on BBB's website I showed it to my manager.
I won't say his first name but Mr "BLACK" said all kinds of stuff regarding what i had found. Finally i believed him and went on selling. When i hit the 3,000 goal i started learning how to run a office. Still legit i though. Then when i became a silver eagle, they dropped the bomb on me.
I would have to buy all of my own furniture, pay my own rent and so on or i could ask the company to put me on some plan that would cut my check in half but allow me to have my rent paid for. I was ticked. and tricked i felt.
That was until the company came through and found me a office space. Long story short I went on to become a manager and even tricked a couple of people into paying the outrageous fees. Heck one of my employees became a manager and ran my old office. My numbers started not cutting it though and w/ paying for electricity and phone weren't bad, well then try sharing a office with someone else because your numbers aren't making the company happy.
THIS COMPANY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE YOU A MANAGER AS LONG AS YOU PAY THEM. Don't fall for it. I did and it actually put me in debt with SBC the phone company.
Plus i feel like a lous for hurting so many people. To all the one's i tricked to make a few bucks yes not 4,000 like i was originally told but if i was lucky maybe a 1,000. I am truly sorry.
