POSTED: Monday, May 11, 2009SUE the person who was driving the vehicle and/or sue the owner of the vehicle that allowed an unlicensed person to drive the vehicle.
Once the owner/insured is served with a court summons, watch how fast the insurance company contacts you to settle.
This works every time.
