Do not use this company if you want full-service landline service or if you want to talk to management.
They will not provide "per line caller ID blocking" unless you have a "compelling reason" for it such as a restraining order.
They require that they mail you a letter, you complete it, then mail it back. All other telephone companies provide this blocking by just asking, no reason necessary. The CPUC calls this policy "absurd" and "bizarre." I agree. The CPUC suggssted that they just don't want to submit a request to AT&T to do it and this is their way to limit it.
I asked for this when signing up and they did not say they would not do it. I only found out later when I tested it. Expect not to be told the truth when dealing with thie company. They lied to me and they may do it to you.
This is "company policy" and there is NO way to talk to management, only customer NO service.
