Never was told it was ordered or shipped.
Received the set seperately and the Bonus item that was not ordered. Shipping and Handling was $31.96. The actual product was $39.98. Which was suppose to be 1 Double the size bottle for $19.99 as per the website also at www.getwipenew.com. Double the size bottle is very small to be double. Was shipped 2 bottles and charged shipping and handling on both when I only ordered 1.
Shipped in small box that was 5x5 inches.
1 bottle double sized $19.99
Shipping for bottle $7.99

Have not received 2nd box which should have the same.
Called the number on the invoice. The only thing that I could do was return the item minus the shipping and handling charges. Apparently this is a common occurance sending more that one bottle. Offered me $8.00 credit for one bottle for which I was charged $19.99 that I didn't order. If I was to return the product I would be out $31.96 for shipping and the product. So I took the $8.00 credit.
I asked why such excessive shipping and handling charges? Answer was the handling charges are for those who answer the phones and ship the products. I left my order on an automated service that was voice activated. Someone has to process the order. My Order should only have been for:
1 double sized bottle $19.99
shipping $7.99
Total $27.98 Not $71.94
The bottle size is 3 oz. Now if it was double sized wouldn't that be 6 oz. It is only a 3oz bottle and the bottle no where on it says double sized.
Hope this keeps someone else from being ripped off.
