Salem Memorial district hospital & the family medicine physicians office next to it. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Salem, Missouri

I don't know how this hospital and the family medicine place on the right hand side even exist. First off the Hospital is totally irresponsible, neglectful, not trustworthy, not reliable, and so much more. They shouldn't even be called a hospital.  I have two true stories about this place.  My husband almost cut off his fingers with a saw.  He drove to the hospital 30 miles away to this hospital with his hand raped up in a cloth.  Went into the emergency room and the doctor when they finally saw him stands over him with his hand behind his back and says take off the cloth and show me. The whole time the doctor had his hands behind his back.  They put his bleeding hand in a bowl of alcohol and his tendons and nerves where severed, blood was pumping out in a stream in the bowl of alcohol.  The doctor makes a call to columbia hospital in missouri and he tells us there is a doctor us there now that can work on his hand.  My husband had to drive 121 miles with his hand the way it was.  We get up there and the doctor isn't there supposedly and they put stitches in his hand and sent him home, now he lives with the disability of his fingers and he is a handyman.  Okay, that was one case, now, my case, I suddenly felt sever pain in my upper abdominal region, I was flushed white,I had such sever dizziness that I felt like I was going to die literally.  I couldn't eat or drink.  After going to the emergency room and then getting all these ridiculous tests the doctor told me he couldn't find anything wrong and he wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain exactly what happened.  And making jokes like well you don't have a brain tumor.  Not something to joke about.  Anyway, they didn't help me at all so I go make an appointment to the place next door to the hospital and get seen there for the constant pain and problem I was having.  That doctor did ridiculous tests also that had nothing to do with my problem, ya he seemed to listen and somewhat care but there where certain tests that could have been done to find the problem.  Never found the problem.  Every time I went in there I got asked do you have insurance.  Now last but not least, my husband and I can't afford insurance and we don't have children so we can't get medicaid.  We are very poor people and we live without electric and water.  I was told that I could fill out the form Medical assistance which was based on your income.  We have like the poorest income and that counted as you had to pay $0 on this form.  Filled it out for the hospital and the other place.   I filled out the form and I thought it was taken care of.  The other place I had been paying $20 every time I had an appointment but I couldn't afford the full amount, filled out the form for that also.  Long story short I am still getting bugged about paying and it's gone to collection agency.  Neither one of these places did anything for either one of us and they expect us to pay when we literally have no money.  I wish we could sue them both but like usual they are able to get away with every thing!  I want to sue them into never being able to practice medicine again.  They need to be shut down.  I would suggest to all in the rural areas never ever even if your life depends on it go to that hospital.  Don't trust them!
