If they truth be told...the pastor you refer to is a convicted drug dealer that conned and blackmailed sean back into the seminar business after he was committed to a mental hospital. He almost forced him to be his and blackmailed him to try and speak again. To no avail, and caused another memtal breakdown that he has not and probably will not ever recover from. He in fact tried to overdose in puerto rico. He is severly bi polar and off medication. He is not wanted by FBI, as he has had run ins with law enforcmemt and no such warrants exist. I have also contacted them and confirmed there are no pending matters. As for his ex, she also blackmailed him and conned him to be a money producer for jer, when he refised and quit speaking on stage, there was a domestic violence with a deadly weapon arrest made against thr ex gorlfriend in ceiba pierto rico. Where she pulled a knife on him. She was arrested. Immediately after that he had left and moved to vieques puerto rico,with another mental breakdown. Be advised, he is unedicated for mental illness. He is declared mentaly imcompetent and has a list of mental illness, bi ploar 1 with pyscptoc episodes. Clinical depression,anxiety disorder, and boderline personality disorder. I know him somewhat weell, and i can assire you he will never recover from these severe illnesses. He is a very lost,dazed, and confused mentally ill person. You should try to help him and get him treatment. He has attempted suiced in the last yeat in nevada, puerto rico 2 times, and in mossissippi where he was committed to a mental hospital. He needs serious help. I do have recent knowledge as of mid june he was in a homeless shelter in old san juan puerto rico amd is trying to fond help and medicine to battle a mental hell he lives everyday. It he doesnt geteds his days will be numbered as he will try suocide again and eventually suceed. On another take, everyone should know prior to 2009, before his mental disease got worse and out of control, he was a great speaker, business man, an ex vice president of a fortune 500 company, and very respected as a super natural salesperson. He also changed hundreds if not thousands of lives for great success.
it is a shame that people dont understand what untreated mental illness can do to a person, and that lack of help that exists in helping the hurting. It was only after sean saw dr. Paul young in baytpwn texas, and was prescibed a cocktail of physcotic drugs for his diseases that he really went off the deep end. That was in late 2008, and a man that made(not stole) high six figures and maybe seven figures, endied up with 4suicede attempts, 1 coma, and 2 commitments to a mental hopital.
get all the facts straight and do just spread gossip and hearsay. The majority of commenys posted are from personal people in his life he barely new and have not even a clue who amd what he was before hos brain has been so dramatically effected by disease and physcotic medicines.

I had the displeasure of meeting Charles/Sean Downing (Same Person) in Puerto Rico. I was on an extended vacation living on the island of Vieques and the main island of the Puerto Rico. I met Sean and his girlfriend and was renting from them. Within the first week of living there I had found out that he has ripped off many people across the United States. He stole almost 100K from a pastor, $$ from realtors in Las Vegas, Texas, Arizona and who knows where else. This guy currently has the FBI looking for him as well of multiple states. I spoke to the Detective in Las Vegas as well a couple of realtors across the country letting them know where he was staying. This guy is so bad that his girlfriend who is a disabled vet was ripped off for almost 70K. The girlfriend and him broke up and he was living on Vieques, PR. He only lasted about a week on the island because he tried to pickup older women of means. The island is small & everyone looks out for each other and it did not take long before he had a sign on his back. He was last seen taking the last ferry on a Sunday to the main island. I know he is low on cash because he was selling everything he could of his stuff as well as his ex-girlfriends things that he had stolen. I assisted her in going to police in Puerto Rico but he had left before they could arrest him. I do know he checks the Ripoffreport.com website because the employee responses you have seen are by him!!! I will post to the other reports on this website so others will know the latest. Charles/Sean I can not wait to read your arrest on the web!!!! 

I dont buy it for one minute; the comments made by Employee #1 & #2. For one thing, it is the same exact statement. This company charged our credit card five times for a seminar that was repeatedly cancelled. Five separate charges over a period of several weeks. Our messages were not returned, no live person ever answered the phone, no e-mail reply, yet someone was there to keep inputting our credit card number into the system and charging us. Downing wrote our card number down, which means it has to be physically entered each time to charge it. Five times is not an accident or mistake. Customer service is lousy because it is non-existent. Furthermore, we contacted the booking agent for the site that the seminar was supposedly booked and rebooked at. They informed us that they had numerous calls and that seminar was NEVER booked at that event center. There are so many similar complaints circulating that even our credit card company recognized the name. If Downing is such a great business coach and he is not the owner of this company, then why would he associate with them because they have a lousy way of doing business? Id like to know where you heard him speak and when, because I dont believe it. In fact, given my interaction with him and his company, I have no reason to believe anything they say.

With an extreme downturn in the economy, this company has taken many hits over the past 12 months. This in turn has caused many issues. I know this company and they have always put on the best events. I was let go in September as the company was shutting down, and going to restructure their business thru BK protection. I am not sure to the status of that, but, I do know they will bounce back bigger than ever and continue to put on great events in the future.Sean Downing is one of the best speakers I have ever seen and trains on topics that no one can train! he is the best at what he does and that is a speaker/trainer. By the way, Sean Downing (as stated in other posts) is not the owner of this company. He is an employee and one of the speakers and trainers. Anyway, thought I put my two sense worth in as a ex employee. If you can ever attend a Sean Downing Live Event, I would absoultely attend. Its the BEST!
