My company signed up for service with Sales Technologies near the end of July. We have had nothing but problems with them from the very beginning. Their system never worked the way they said it would. I had to place multiple calls on a daily basis due to employee complaints about the dialer program . My company lost thousands of dollars a day due to problems they had.
Some of the issues we dealt with: Their systems went down more times than I can count to witch they never where able to give me a direct answer, also the recordings from my agents had been erased from there system for an entire month. This caused a very big issue with my clients, seeing how we where never informed of these issues until it was too late, my company lost over 20 thousand dollars because I was unable to send recordings to my clients. When I informed Sales Technologies of the issue they said " Oh well, sorry. There's nothing we can do".
I gave them another chance to keep our business, only because it takes a long time to set up a new dialer company. It was a huge mistake, and a bad decision on our part! We ran into the same issues and lost more recordings. Their systems went down again and again. Everyday my employees lost hours of work time and finances due to Sales Technologies.
Finally we had enough and canceled the service. I informed them that I needed to get my data and reports out of their system. They refused to allow me to access the system to get my company property. I have over fifty thousand pieces of data in their server, and they will not allow me to retrieve it. The data if worth over $30,000.00.
Final outcome.......Still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
