First Roger Furfaro called and offered reverse mortgage leads. The price seemed reasonable but they wanted $1900 up front. That should have been my first tip. I told him I wanted references so he gave me the name Steve Rosenberg of First National Bank of Layton who gave them a glowing review. So glowing, I should have been suspicious but he was with First National Bank so I thought he was probably on the up and up. I asked to speak to the owner who Steve mentioned several times. He called me back and gave me the whole "you have my word, I have been doing this for 20 years, I will give you a full refund if you are not happy...." etc. We had signed up for 20 leads. We got one crazy lady, we got one person who could not speak english (no offense intended) so we couldn't help him and that was it. For several weeks we got nothing. I complained to Roger and got the run around, I complained to Bill and he said it was just a little hiccup and they were doing another big mailer so I would get live leads within the next week. Nothing ever came in. I started asking for a refund about April and continued through May....The phones still work but they don't answer them. They emails do not get kicked back as undeliverable but they do not respond to them. Do Not Do Business with this company or these people, whether for reverse mortgage leads or any other kinds of leads.
