We received an invoice from Salesforce after their free trial. Despite trying to escalate this, Salesforce will not work with you if you want to get away from their service! Not only do they try to claim they are in the right by default with their service agreement, they refuse to honor any requests for them to provide a signed agreement stating your obligation to pay. Their customer service goes through multiple elevations, with nothing resolved- They only tell you to re-read the agreement and ignore your requests to resolve.

On top of this, the salespeople are overly aggressive, and ignore any warnings to not call you again with offers.

Bottom line - Read the agreements!
