Sallie Mae I have the receipts for the past four months of payments made to my student loan. Each month I receive a statement saying I am over due and they keep saying I haven't paid. As I write, the paperwork is sitting in my lap. What is hilarious is they even sent me a check saying they owed me a months payment and reimbursed me. I cashed the check and sent it back. The evidence is so telling that they are receiving my mail. From this day forward I am not sending them one more dime until they acknowledge the last four months payments. I have stayed current with my student loan since 2004. There have been times when I would have to have them deferred but I am current as of this date. For the last three months I am getting overdue statements and additional charges with each statement. As I write this I have all of the proof in my lap of every payment made.

This last one says I owe three months back, with overdue charges to boot. They even sent me a check two months ago saying that they owed me. I cashed the check and used it to double up on the July payment. That would be 60.00 dollars. 

No one is availabel online and not one can be reached by phone. This company is evil that is the only way to describe them. I am now at a loss and will not be sending anymore money to them until they acknowledge the payments that they have cashed and not credited to me.
