Okay I borrowed $5250 in 1988 to go to school repayment began in 1993...In 1997 I had
become mentally sick due to all the phone calls and mental stress. I went on disability and moved to Florida...My Dad was the payee he would not let me pay on my loan. I notified them that I needed a deferment...At this time I owed only $2000 dollars. Instead of giving me a deferment they thru my loan into default...and added $10,000 onto the loan and said it was a relocation fee....I had wrote them gave my address and still they said location fee. I come back to Ohio and the real trouble starts I pay payments to USA group for a year and get out of default...I sent them $2000 dollars in one year and they said just pay $100 a month...I knew I owed $2000 so then after the year is up they take nothing off the amount I owed...So they set me on a 10 year repayment plan (8 years into paying on this loan I was going to pay it off early)...I called them I said how much do I owe....They said still $10,000....Because I recieved disability they didnt count the payments...I found out they were not even suppose to be taking money from me because I was disabled for 2 years or more which is considered permanent disability. I figured it up These thieves stold to the tune of $19,000 dollars from me in 13 years.

Noone answers any questions and noone explains why they are doing this just GRAB GRAB GRAB....I sent them an unemployment deferment and I am waiting to hear back from them...I cant get a job to save my life and Im sure this student loan has everything to do with it...How clever we are blocked from working and now interest after interest added on...Now these milkers are saying I owe $25,000. Funny thing is the school didnt let me finish my degree so what happen to the old "unable to benefit"
rule...I will never be able to pay this money they have sickened me to the point of physical illness...Who knows maybe they got life insurance and they will find away to get their money....This company is a bunch of organized criminals that make up money
so they can live a lavish life...Glad Obama passed the 20 year rule on Student loans it will be 22 years of torture from these crazy idiots ...Any Attorney want my case feel free to contact me through Rip Off report I speak the truth I have been Robbed.
