You are fools to work for this low paying company!! Any franchise is going to pay more than this cheap a** company. at a franchise you get the base pay PLUS TIPS you can make an extra $75 dollars a week instead of a plan 40% that in it's self is a joke . You do all the work and they pay you less than half.
In a franchise you have EXPERIENCEd workers to ask questions to .You develop a following that you can take with you when you leave, Salon Ps you have no in shop help no continued education and no clientele to take with when you leave the senior setting. so in order to move up the ladder you get nothing from Salon PS. This job is for older experienced stylist. What are you going to do when they shit in your chair, or start swinging at you this is not the place for beginners
