Salonsoftware.net Emicor Salon Software Unprofessional,cheating methods to deny $1700 worth of equipment return Chicago, Illinois

I started my new Salon in Aug 2011 and was looking for a good salon software.I searched internet and this company salonsoftware.net came as top 5.Very impressed and since i was in hurry to get the software set up for my grand opening,i ordered their complete package which included touch screen all in one desktop,printer,scanner,credit card swiper,mouse and keyword for $1700.The equipments arrived in different parcels and first thing missing was the usb pin for wireless keyboard.I contacted them for the same and they initially asked me to search for that and if not found,buy myself and they will refund.That never happened.When i placed the order,they said their software was compliant with chase paymentech card processing which was false.After 3 months of contacting them,they promised to work on adding chase to their credit card processing list.They would never respond with status and when i call once in a month,they jept saying as being worked on.Finally after 8 month in feb 2012 they said it is not possible to integrate chase.I said then the software is of no use to me if we have to use two systems.Software continues to have glitches as being a Microsoft based software it has browser compatiability issues.
February 2012 they agreed to take back the equipment which i shipped them to their address with UPS spending another $120.00.2 months no response.When i contacted they confirmed reciept but claimed that computer was damaged.As per UPS they were supposed to inspect the pacjage and report damage within reasonable time frame.My all arguments about ethical business practice require them to refund my money headed nowhere.Being fed up i asked them to ship my equipment back.Its more than a year now and i did not recieve my equipments worth $1700 i paid from my hard earned money.
 I tried contacting them again in August 2012 and they blamed everything on his old rep who was fired and they promised to take care but no actions so far.
I filed the complaint with better business beureu and they sent them my complaint.BBB Chicago advised me non reciept of their response and proceed with authorities in Chicago area.
I am going to follow up with Attorney Gneral of Chicago but i want others to be wary of this company.One lesson i learnt that internet reviews and ranking could be misleading so please do a good reserach thru multiple sources before buying anythibng from internet.
