After a breif presentation (that had no pictures of installs or referrals) about the company and how they we one of the top companies in Phoenix the salesman started using car salesman type closing methods to get us to buy. I asked for some referrals and the guy got upset with us.
I asked the guy to leave and he got up and stormed out.
I mentioned this to some coworkers and to my dismay I found 2 others who had similar experiences with this company.
One coworker said that they DID make a contract with this company and has regreted it now 4 months later. Stating that the company constantly makes excuses for not performing. I recommended that the file a complaint with the Register of Contractors. She is worried that these "USED CAR SALESMAN" scare her and that she feared that this company would retaliate somehow.
After hearing her story I remembered that this website existied for this reason.
TO WARN THE PUBLIC ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
And hope that you check out this company before you give them any money.
You will most likely be ripped off!!

After reading Magie from Glendales complaint against our company we were shocked and dismayed. We pride ourselves on our Traits of Leadership first of all. In these traits falls things like; integrity, honesty dependability, tact, etc. (click www.SaltRiverEnergy.com to read further) We highly encourage consumers to investigate in the legitimacy of any renewable energy company, as there are many jumping on the solar bandwagon right now.
There are many success stories with our customers as there have been very few who have been dissatisfied in any form with our services. All of our Sales staff has been thoroughly trained both through our management team as well as SunPower Corp.s product training.
This is what is true about the statements Magie has made.
1. We DO NOT supply customers private information as a referral only to benefit our pocket book. All of our customers sign a privacy statement, in which, we promise NOT to give out personal information of any kind to any third party for any reason. After all, no one wants to be bothered in the middle of dinner. This is why we are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ Rating (http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-arizona/business-reviews/contractors-electrical/salt-river-solar-wind-in-surprise-az-1000004009/ ). So that consumers may investigate through a legitimate, well known consumer advocacy agency.
2. Some of our staff came from one of the top Fleet Sales departments in the United States for a well known American Automobile Manufacturer.
3. Some of our staff have tattoos. (As do many people in many businesses all over the world.)
Here is our suggestion, if anyone is ever dissatisfied with our staff or our services, first call us. The owners will always try to remedy the issue to the satisfaction of our customers. (We value our A+ BBB rating). Then there is always the Better Business Bureau http://maricopa.bbb.org/ and the Registrar of Contractors http://www.azroc.gov/ , our ROC# is 254115.
And last but not least, be cautious of vicious rumors, treat others the way you would like to be treated, and always do the right thing. We encourage Magies friends to contact us, if there is any problem on any contract, if they are in fact real contracts, as the retaliation accusation is just silly.
